Please find attached the front and back pages of the 1932-33 "Licence to use Radio" for VE3HF issued by the Department of Marine 1st of April 1932. As you can see, it is licence #50 as opposed to the Amateur Proficiency Certificate #1442. I also have a photograph (somewhere around here) of dad and Walter Haigh (another DOT operator?) in a canoe taken (dated) June 12 1940 on the Pagwachuan River at Pagwa.
