at the University of Western Ontario and Graduated with Honours. |

He served in the South African (Boer) War from 1899
to 1901. His main occupation after the war was Canadian Press
Telegrapher. He was a Telegraph Operator during World War I. He was also a Teacher/Instructor teaching
Morse Code, Basic Radio and Signaling. |

Donald
started as a Radioman in the Royal Canadian Navy
in 1965. He joined the DOC (Department of Communications) as a Radio Inspector
in 1973. He transferred to CRTC in 1980 - To Telesat Canada in 1985. He came
back to Radio Regulations and Spectrum Management in 1997 and retired from
Industry Canada in 2011. |
LEBLANC Camille |

Camille LeBlanc was a member of the Royal Canadian Navy from 1943 to
1946. He was a bilingual coordinator in the Moncton Regional Office of
the Department of Communications (DOC). He passed away on May 16, 2023
at the age of 100. |
